Almond Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
A chocolate lovers dream, this moist Almond Chocolate Chip Banana Bread is a healthier option, with no added sugar (except for the chocolate). And it’s gluten free, but you’d never miss the sugar or the traditional flour.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a loaf pan with non stick spray or grease with butter and sprinkle flour.
  3. Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add all the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until incorporated.
  5. Mix in half the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into loaf pan and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, until done. Insert a toothpick at 20 minutes to check for doneness. Keep in mind to reinsert if you get a chocolate chip — this bread is chocolaty. 🙂
