  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the spices in a bowl and toss the wings int he spice mixture.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 30 minutes.
  5. Mix the sauce in a small pot on the stove and bring to a boil. Turn to low and cook for a few minutes, until it thickens slightly.
  6. After the wings finishing cooking for an hour, turn oven to 425 degrees.
  7. Baste the wings with half the sauce and bake for about 15 minutes, or until browned/crispy.
  8. In a large bowl add the wings and the remaining sauce. Toss to combine.
  9. Serve hot with a squeeze of lime and cilantro.
