Instructions
  1. In a large boil whisk together baking soda, honey, cornstarch, soy sauce, water and oil. Add the steak and toss to evenly coat. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours.
  2. After the steak is marinated, set out to get room temperature.
  3. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, flour and apple juice in a liquid measuring cup.
  4. In a large sauté pan or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli stirring often until crisp tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer broccoli to a plate.
  5. Add the meat and half the sauce and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring often until the meat is cooked through. Add the broccoli back to the pan and the rest of the sauce. Stir together.
  6. Serve over rice and topped with toasted sesame seeds.
