Berry Vanilla Protein Smoothie
This simple Berry Vanilla Protein Smoothie is quick and easy to whip up on a busy morning. A combination of strawberries, blueberries and grapes with cinnamon and vanilla make for a tasty, healthy and satisfying breakfast, perfect for at home or on the go.

  1. Pour the milk into a Vitamix or other high powered blender.
  2. Add the fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and protein powder.
  3. Blend, starting at a low setting and slowly turning up as it blends. Turn to the high setting and blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  4. Serve in two glasses and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

If you don’t have frozen blueberries or strawberries frozen grapes would work too. Just pick two of the fruits to use frozen in order to give the smoothie a thicker consistency. If you’d like a thinner smoothie just use one frozen fruit.
