  1. Slice the loaf of French bread in half and hallow out the top half and remove the excess bread.
  2. Spread mashed avocado on the top half and mustard on the bottom half.
  3. Place the arugula on the bottom half of the bread. Then layer with provolone cheese, turkey and tomatoes.
  4. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper. Layer the bacon.
  5. Close the sandwich and slice into mini sandwiches. (Mine made 5 sandwiches.)
Recipe Notes

You may need to add more or less ingredients depending on the size of your French bread and/or your personal tastes. I will say, I’m not a huge arugula fan, but it makes a good combination in the sandwich.
